I was thinking the same thing... The Globe had a more informative writeup than the Business Journal:

Sounds like they're really into preservation and restoration projects. Also they mentioned wanting to open it to the public, possibly as offshore inn! (which could be fun)

Almost surprised to find it wasn't bought by someone rich. Three cheers to them for the purchase, but if you look at the photos, the place really is a dump and a "gut job". To top it off, remember, no running water or sanitary lines (no bathroom or shower). So it's going to tae a lot of money to make it generally habitable, never mind an Inn.

A fine rehab if your goal is a few years worth of weekend projects, but it'll be a while before it can become a home...

In the Globe a couple of days ago, but you have to be a subscriber or put up with all these annoying come-ons and sliders and things. So maybe...

It seems strange. I think it is way too exposed to build anything. There are 20 foot seas out there during Nor'East storms. The rocks aren't much more than 10ft above sea level at high tide.

Plus, i you have a pal with a boat, you can get views like this anytime without paying 934k:

Yet, something is indeed built there.
