Looks like someone else recorded it from their screen and then posted it to YouTube without giving them credit. Of course all the video/pics in the clip were grabbed from the internet too, so to each their own.

That massively wide freeway above is the 401 through Toronto, and other clips have signs that say "Stockton" or are ring roads in Beijing.

Add in some local stuff and copious Russian dash cam vignettes and stir.

Of course no little masshole ever thinks that it contributed to the stench of the traffic sewer ...
