Gremlins attack Back Bay traffic lights

Mike Mac noticed the lights at Newbury and Berkeley were both red and green this afternoon.

Lights that were up to standards would automatically detect this kind of fault, and go into flash mode.

But this is Boston. A malfunctioning light would be safer and more efficient than the usual setup.
