Fill in the Charles River for a 12 lane expressway. The right of way is already there for the taking!

Amphicar on Huntington

Erin Doherty snapped this Amphicar on Huntington Avenue last week, reports at least one Duck Boat driver owns one (no word if he uses it for personal tours).
