A teacher used Google to confirm the principal at the Frederick Middle School plagiarized a magazine article in a staff memo. Students caught plagiarizing get an automatic F on the paper.

This begs clarification.
Did the principal in question make it thought that they had written the "inspirational words" themselves, or was it simply included in the memo?

She's apologized for it as such.
Too bad the district isn't canning her immediately. It's hard to imagine someone who would plagiarize an inspirational column from Forbes in their first memo to be anything but completely useless.
