For those who think it means "alternative medicine, warm and cuddly!": nope.

Homeopathy refers to the belief and practice that a)the more you dilute a particular substance, the more effective it becomes b)you can treat a disease with something that causes similar symptoms.

It's nothing but scientific quakery. Do you really want someone who believes in this kind of crap, injecting stuff into your bloodstream?

B12 injections, by the way, *are* sometimes necessary for people who don't absorb it well, or those on a poor vegetarian/vegan diet. Get a blood test done if you think you need it.

And if you do? You can probably get by on the sizeable-dosage B12 pills over the counter at CVS or even the grocery store if you're not too deficient or don't mind taking a bit to 'catch up'.
