We don't need to move forward into the past. Boston needs solvency; with Walsh, there's no chance of that. Unions will rule under Walsh.

Proportional Representation can allow fringe parties, most famously in German prior to World War II, to come to power. It can also allow a major party to start splinter groups to fracture their opposition and cement power. Something directly counter to the intent.
