He's wanted for smashing a window on St. Mark Street in Forest Hills this afternoon - with a rock. He might still be riding around Forest Hills.

So you're saying that the road right next to the entrance to the southwest corridor where people are hanging around getting shitfaced all day every day had something bad happen to it? No way. I don't believe that the obnoxious drunk assholes at the entrance to the corridor would ever do anything uncouth.
I've taken to calling the police every time I walk by those people. Which I do twice a day. If the police can't be bothered to shoo them out of there, or better yet, arrest them, when they drive by 15 times a day, I'll keep calling until they get it through their heads that the people who live in this neighborhood aren't ok with this situation.
