Citizen complaint of the day: The West Roxbury guttersnipe needs to be stopped

A concerned citizen in West Roxbury complains that the Quincy guy who plastered the neighborhood with fliers advertising gutter cleaning this past summer has returned and plastered the neighborhood with fliers advertising ice-dam removal. Guess he doesn't know about cost-effective Globe Direct advertising.
