Davis Square Vintage Flea Takes Over the Armory Tomorrow 11-5pm

The mission of The Davis Flea community: to Reclaim, Repurpose, Rediscover and Reconnect continues on Sunday, March 16, 2014 with The Davis Flea Spring Vintage Market at The Center for Arts at the Armory, Somerville from 11:00am until 5:00pm.

Rather than focusing on selling new products and crafts, The Davis Flea Spring Vintage Market will showcase dealers selling vintage, collectibles, re-purposed, up-cycled and antique merchandise. Shoppers will be able to find unique treasures, one-of-a-kind decorative items, while getting a glimpse of our past pop culture.

The fun and social atmosphere of The Davis Flea provides an opportunity for people to make new friends or reconnect with old ones while listening to old-school music via vintage vinyl records being spun by our resident deejay.

The Davis Flea Spring Vintage Market will be held at The Center for Arts at The Armory, a venue that seeks to galvanize the creative spirit of the local community.

There will be beer and wine available for purchase in the main hall and the Café will be open as well.

The Davis Flea is co-managed by partners Greg Ghazil and Maureen Nuccitelli. Both partners have roots tied to Davis Square and a mission to make The Davis Flea an exciting shopping experience and to build a community around vintage culture.
