Deathcloud or just letting off steam?

Around 10 p.m. Nicky Enriquez found herself confronted with this giant cloud at what appeared to be some roadwork at Newbury and Dartmouth streets:

It's just steam, no issues. I walk by this new hole every day to work (been like this for 2 weeks or so) and it's neat to see how big the cloud gets
