The Boston Business Journal reports a start-up is planning a smartphone app that will let you get a house call from a primary-care physician - for $300.
Don't use it. Others may need immediate attention and not be able to get to their doctor's office (and not be serious enough to require a trip to the ER).

I don't want whichever doctor
I don't want whichever doctor is looking for extra business by signing up with an online app. I want a good doctor with whom I have a relationship.
So....

And where are you going to find a doctor like that? My last three visits to a PCP were to three different doctors...no choice of mine.
