I have bought several pans for baking pita from Christo's and have also seen them at Sophia's Pantry (which is where my Very Greek Parents go shopping almost weekly). Between Christo's and Sophia's you should find most of what you need (including ingredients), and the Armenian bakeries/grocers also have a number of Greek food items as well.
