Police: Blunt argument, sudden lack of pants gets man arrested at Codman Square McDonald's on Christmas

Boston Police report a man told to leave the Codman Square McDonald's Christmas morning because he was rolling a blunt on a table came back awhile later and began loudly cursing out customers and employees.

In addition to the stream of profanities, the suspect dropped his pants in the middle of the store and began exposing himself to all inside.

Peter Fanfan, 28, was charged with open and gross lewdness, disturbing the peace and making threats, police say.

Innocent, etc.

Fanfan pleaded not guilty and had bail set at $5,000 cash; he was also ordered held without bail for violating terms of bail from an unrelated case, prosecutors said.

Pants up, don't shout.

These are the kind of people the cops deal with every day. Good catch.

It seems to me that a double standard exists and we are needlessly exposed to criminals because we don't know who they are. All Criminal records should be immediately accessible online. Mr Fafan seems to be a multiple offender. It's time we let everyone know who the dangerous people are.

Facebook and Twitter posts assure me that pot leads to enlightenment, non-violence and docile behavior. How can this story be true?!
