Turkey in South Boston

Roving UHub photographer Joseph Gugliotta reports spotting this turkey today on Middle Street. Unlike the swaggering brutes in Brookline, he reports this one looked kind of scared.

Saw a thuggish turkey swaggering around the train yard by reservoir station this past week, scaring the female BC undergrads. This turkey thing is getting out of hand. Someone's gonna get hurt.

As I was driving down Mount Auburn Street last week, I saw one at the bus stop outside of the post office near Harvard Square. People who were waiting for the bus were standing on either side of him and it looked as though the turkey was actually waiting for the bus to Watertown/Belmont, too. If he shows up here, I'll give an update (and we can all discuss whether the T might provide turkeys with lowered fares or late-night service.)
