West End white squirrel still lives

West End white squirrel

Jeff Tamagini spotted the white squirrel of the West End today, so it's obviously avoided the hawk of the West End to date.

There is a whole family of white squirrels (at least 4-5 that I have seen together) in and around the West End apartments (aka Charles River Park aka "If you lived here, you'd be home now).

I have a picture of a black squirrel and white squirrel together, near the dry cleaner at Blossom Court.

If I weren't such a derp with technology, I would be able to share it here.

is going to demand answers. Where does this squirrel work? Is he a city resident? Is he a BU grad?

There is a family of white squirrels in Davis Square, too, in the neighborhood next to the bike path going in the direction of Teale Square. I run into them every once in a while and always try to take a picture, but they're always so stealthy and quick and I end up with a little white blur in the picture.

I saw one in the West End too. Assumed his albinism was part of Mass General research along the lines of the alleged beagle research we used to talk about as kids.
