Throughout the governor’s race, Republican Charlie Baker has promoted himself as sensitive man. But a mournful moment in a finial debate became a major headache for Baker and sparked a media fact-checking frenzy that may not be over.

Charlie Bakers fishy tale
When I watched the debate and bakers so-called emotions, it felt to me that his emotions were not spontaneous... More like a strategy to prove his love for Massachusetts voters - he'd after all been described as a man who cares about his financial well being and not about the the needs of MA residents at large.
Having had my suspicions, I'm really not surprised that he "mispoke?" and that the old and impossible to verify story led to such an emotional display. Shame on him that he takes us to be idiots.
