Please do not rape, sodomize, break the nose of or harm in any way this murderer. He has rights guaranteed by the Constitution! Do NOT hurt this man! (wink wink nudge nudge)

PS. Adam thanks you for reading UHUB. He knows it is hard to do since all you have in there is smart phones and Apple products.

I know people always say that a guy is "going to be somebody's girlfriend in jail" or whatever blah blah blah. this guy viscously kidnapped/tortured/murdered a beautiful young woman from south boston and I have a feeling he will be crossing paths with many convicts that may have onced called south boston home. I hope they all have something special in store for this piece of breathing garbage.

What you're describing is vigilante justice. That's not how we roll if you care about principles. He should be sentenced in accordance with the finding that he is guilty of first degree murder and serve the time. He should have his rights protected while in the custody of the state. Tough guy dweebs are always calling for street justice. They're ignorant.

I'm pissed off that a piece of garbage like him will go on but amy lord has been silenced forever. not looking for rape or murder but if someone broke his nose every six months for the next 40 years I wouldn't be sad.

Let's have a moment of silence for "principles".

OK carry on.

Which other parts of the Constitution are optional in your world?

Gotta love people that'll cheer for state sanctioned violence and rape as punishment.

1. Calling bad names

2. Kicking in the ass whenever they drop something.

3. Hiding their toothpaste.

4. Telling them they have a visitor when they don't.

5. Hiding one of their socks.

6. Shaking head and looking disappointed whenever they walk by.

7. Wedgies.

8. The old cellophane over the toilet when they poop.

9. Short sheeting their bed.

10. Having everyone move their lips but have no sound come out so they think they are going deaf.

We have a constitution and laws that say that prison rape and other violence in prison is not supposed to happen.

If you want the protection of the constitution and laws for you and yours, then you should defend that for everyone, or the protection will be eroded for everyone, including for you and yours.

Let me tell you what else is "not supposed to happen."

Attacking and killing an innocent young lady. That's not supposed to happen.

Having an absolute walking piece of shit roam free when he should have already been put away for good a while ago. That's not supposed to happen.

Of all the shit and injustice involved with this case, you're most worried about how this walking pile of subhuman excrement gets treated in prison. That. Is not supposed to happen.

on the streets to begin with.

This is the most heart-wrenching aspect of this story. Given his history and his obvious mental illness, there is no way this man should have been out on the street. Don't clamor for vigilante justice; clamor for a justice system that can ensure public safety from broken humans with a history of violence.
