News just kept on breaking. Here's some of what was going on:

A hawk with some fresh kill landed on a Roslindale resident's grill. Don't worry: The grill wasn't in operation at the time.

Some people out late at night in Brookline, Allston, Back Bay and Cambridge were robbed at gunpoint. Two men and two teens were arrested in Lawrence after they allegedly tried one more robbery there.

Two men were shot, one fatally, on Holborn Street.

Somebody let all the sunscreen out at one of Boston's new sunscreen dispensers at Millennium Park.

Docked rowboats at the Barking Crab proved quite the still life.

A house on Gene Street in Dorchester caught fire.
