Citizen complaint of the day: Somebody dumping water on pedestrians at one South End corner
By adamg on Mon, 09/07/2015 - 12:32pm
A sodden citizen complains about a building on Tremont at Dwight:
Someone from one of the condos with a front balcony is dumping water on people. My partner and I walked by this morning at about 8:40 and had water poured on us. It was not from watering plants and it was not a drip. We went back and saw someone in the penthouse unit out on the terrace looking down at the sidewalk.

Jack having a little fun at some poor schlepp's expense...
A little later in the day this would have been welcome
say, around 2 pm when it was 90+ degrees outside?

Penthouse? Sounds like an old money/young brat situation. We gotta abolish the death tax so these upstanding citizens can get what they struggled through 12 hours of labor to receive.
What on earth..
I admit it, this went over my head. What are you talking about?
Just
Well, first I made a strawman in which the water-tosser is some trust fund brat. Then I made it a critique of the "death tax" (as its opponents call it) in which brats like Conrad Hilton can be total piles of human garbage and have it all funded by old money.
Just hope it was only water....
