Answer to that problem
Suffolk Downs or have Massport donate or lease some land on the Marginal Street waterfront or have massport donate land that they have on the Seaport district on Southie's waterfront and bus students from Eastie to Southie -solution solved. Massport wouldn't mind , Eastie residents keep up with the plane noise and the cancerous air quality on a daily basis, so Massport'$ relationship with the community should be infinite...

No cutting. Downtown wants an elementary school and there's always the Chuck Yancey Memorial HS that needs to be built. (???)

Apparently we are looking at closing 30 schools but i'm sure there are a handful of places they are needed. Use the proceeds from selling or leasing those properties to build in the places they are needed.

What they should do is fire all the city employees who lied about their residency. Mostly the cops because if they falsified documentation with is fruad to get the job then they are willing to lie on police reports and under oath. That will free up some many.

What the city of Boston really needs to do about the funding and expansion of more newer schools is to partner up with private fortune 500 companies such as biotech companies to Uber, public education should be top priority in Boston way before hundreds and hundreds of the development of affordable housing units all across the city, they the city defeated the purpose , poor planning, way more affordable housing in Boston means more families with children across the state are moving into Boston neighborhoods and these kids enrolling into a new school are left without a desk , and are turned away and bused elsewhere. . It's all due to population growth , where seeing this all across Boston neighborhoods with all the new affordable housing units.

If you really think about it, not all that reside in Boston want to become Boston Police officers, you may have a kid growing up in Dedham who wants to become a Dedham officer , but there are no openings, so that person might apply for the Boston Police exam, so Im probably guessing BPD accepts all who live in this state.
