CNN trashes Boston, and the locals don't like it one bit
By adamg on Sat, 03/07/2015 - 11:16pm
Eric Ballard spotted a CNN truck parked in South Boston (for the Tsarnaev trial?), and the trash bag its crew apparently left in the street - and a note from an outraged citzenry informing the network to cut that crap out, right this second.

I'm glad someone left that note
I'm glad someone left that note. Not that it will do any good. The news media seems to think they can run roughshod over everything around here any time they please. I still remember in the aftermath of the Marathon bombing how the news trucks parked anywhere they damn pleased around the area blocking sidewalks, streets, entrances and exits. I had to walk all around the world just to get by them.
I know this is "white whine/first world problems" and I understand there are newsworthy events to be covered, but to have a little decorum and not be so arrogant wouldn't be too hard.
Dumpster?
I always thought CNN put its garbage on the airwaves.
Someone has to take the low-hanging fruit.
well
trash is as trash does.
Why start a beef with cnn,
Why start a beef with cnn, maybe the garbage bag might have something else other than garbage.
Maybe it fell off of FOX News
Maybe it fell off of FOX News' truck?
The person that took the time
The person that took the time to neatly write the note, must have alot of time on his/her hands. The person might have some anger issues. This person should start walking around Boston, I'll bet you she will find loads of Garbage bags leaning on sides of buildings, I just hope the person has alot of cardboard and time.
Disagree re anger issues
There was some sarcasm, but no threatening tone to the note IMO
However they may very well have plenty of time on their hands.
nah
It would have been a white trash bag.
Boston and its notes...
This new fad is ridiculous. Yeah, that'll show 'em! You got NOTED, bro!
So stupid.
Thanks
Thank you for the note.
Clever..
...but no. This is a dicussion, not a "leave a note and run away" frenzy. Thanks for playing, though.
