Does the John Harvard statue speak to you? For the next week, it will

The Harvard Gazette reports:

For the next week, Daniel Chester French’s iconic work will be animated by the faces, voices, and gestures of Harvard students as part of “John Harvard Projection,” a video installation created by artist and Harvard Graduate School of Design (GSD) Professor Krzysztof Wodiczko.

I should have added he was popular in the 70s...

Kristofferson has made several fine albums in recent years, including 2012's "Feeling Mortal", and, at age 78, continues to tour, mostly solo acoustic, as a kind of elder statesman. I always liked him. He comes from the era when country musicians were highly individualistic and distinct. You could recognize the sound of a Merle Haggard, a Johnny Cash, a Waylon Jennings, a Willie Nelson from ten miles away. Not like this unlistenable junk coming out of Nashville now by interchangeable, generic entities wearing hats.

Or perhaps Garth Eastwood?

FYI, there is also going to be student's poetry projected against the side of the Annenberg Hall (Harry Potter looking building next to the science hall) tomorrow night (Wednesday) at 8:00. Be there or be square!

My mistake. I guess it's called "Memorial Hall"

Memorial Hall is the building. Annenberg Hall is the dining hall on the first floor. Sanders Theatre takes up most of the rest of the first floor and above. (And in the basement is the Queen's Head Pub.)

“Harvard as a whole is made up of lots of individual people with lots of individual experiences who struggle with different things and who are good at different things,” said Peterson.

Well stated!
...I would say, if this were spoken by a six-year-old and not a senior at Harvard.
