The giant lower-case Ts are a nice touch, too.

The random usage of capitalization is like a metaphor for the unpredictability of winter.

Oh, I love Clam Point! Such a lovely neighborhood. Gorgeous historic mansions and a civic association that really cares. Folks make sure the lovely park (with tennis court, playground, & street hockey area) is well maintained. Witty signage welcomes you to this adorable enclave. I lived there for a year and I miss it!

nothing random about it..and it isn't a meTaphor...Those aren't randomly capitalized T-s, those are The T's capitalized Ts...as in let's start whining about the delays that haven't even happened yet...
