City of Boston could post online all Precincts' Specimen Ballots before each Election. Familiarize folks with format, fonts, language, names as appearing in the format. Demystify the Ballot. English as a Second Language folks, visually impaired folks would have greater opportunity, more time to check the Specimen Ballot. Many neighboring cities and towns post their Specimen Ballots early before the day of the Election. Boston by not posting the Specimen Ballots early enough for Elections suppresses/disenfranchises voting.
