Looks like we need Deer Crossing signs on the Jamaicaway

Jamaica Plain News reports a car and a deer collided early this morning on the Jamaicaway at Lochstead Avenue. The deer did not survive.

In 2012, a deer died in a crash on Baker Street in West Roxbury.

Poor deer. I've seen them in Olmstead Park in the past, but not for a couple of years.

The damn geese still manage to just avoid all of the cars though.
