I have noticed that occasionally some of the cars put up at Cabot for long term work have been getting tagged. (Somewhere I have a photo of 1646 with what looked to be a fresh piece on the side.) Whether they were tagged elsewhere and brought in for cleaning, or if it happened there has been unclear. Maybe this guy was skulking with a spray can looking for a car when the yard shifter starting making a move?
