This looks like a great project, but they need to take Marty Walsh off the guest list for the grand opening. If he shows up and sees open space inside city limits, he'll declare it "underutilized" or "blighted" and find a way to seize it and hand it over to Suffolk Construction to build luxury condos on.

I bet the land has been contaminated and needs remediation. That's pricey and so is irrigation.

???? Not really near the Mattapan Line. Right around the corner from Morton Street CR and 1 block over from the rt 28 bus.
