New vacancy on the School Committee

School Committee member Claudio Martinez resigned his post at the end of last month to focus on "personal matters that require my attention."

His resignation after six years means Mayor Walsh will fill another slot on the committee, which advises the school superintendent. Last week, Walsh appointed Regina Robinson to the committee.
