Oh, hey, first named storm of the season coud be headed our way

Ana path

The National Hurricane Center this morning updated its Cone of Probability for tropical storm Ana. The good news is that all the cold water left over from the winter means much of the storm's potential strength will probably dissipate by the time it gets here.

Our own local NWSers say the main impacts from the storm here should be:

Building swell on coastal waters, increased risk of high surf & rip currents Mon-Tue.
