Police: Man shot in the neck in car in Revere

Revere Police report a Rockport man was driving east on Rte. 60 around 8 p.m. on Sunday when several shots were fired at his vehicle, hitting his son, 19, in the neck.

The victim is expected to survive, according to the Suffolk County District Attorney's office.

The suspect vehicle is believed to be a black sedan with tinted windows. Police are urging anyone with information on this incident to share it with investigators at 781-656-1114.
