At the Inman and Kendall Squares' Clover Food Lab eateries Cambridge Street by Elm Street, and Main Street across from the old Engine 7 FireHouse now the Kendall Hotel near Ames Street there're peculiarities of note. Delectable foods, but...

a). No point of purchase receipts itemized showing the amounts and percent of tax.

b) No tel no to call for current Menu selections or complaints.

c) Noisy, deafening loudspeakers... Can't hear what counter servers' ask or reply.

d) Acoustics. The hard surfaces could have acoustic panels making it a more calm environment.

e) For all the technology/software there's no Menus available online before setting out in rough weather conditions.

f) For all the technology/software why rule out the telephone!?...

g) Great Mezze Platters... not always full portions

h) Kind of a cult atmosphere.

i) Great very friendly obliging staff, with one exception.

j) Attitude of "This is the way we do things here. We deny suggestions frequently." to paraphrase.

k) Somewhat offputting regimented transactions with customers. Many folks would like a more agreeable transaction for their food.

L) Staff are overworked with too many tasks per person.
