I note that the police are supposed to supply a recent photo of the prospective informant, "either a recent ID photo, or a Polaroid." A Polaroid?! How old is this document?

Okay don't knock Polaroid that company was good I worked for them 25 years. I walked away with the money in my pocket.Whereas some people in the company lost out was not able to walk away with a large incentive in their pocket.

What's the difference?
Between a "Defendant informant" and an "Other information - avoiding criminal prosecution"? These seem like the same thing.
I wouldn't trust them
Some are just as dirty as the bad guys if not dirtier!
