Matthew shows us the "horrific multi-car, multi-bus accident" on Huntington Avenue in front of the Star Market and the Marriott around 8.15 p.m.

WFXT reports the charter bus hit several cars before crashing into the MBTA bus. Injuries, but all minor.

The tour bus t-boned the city bus right at the bendy-joint. A couple of cars were in the mix. How the tour bus got over the median is a question.

I heard from someone on scene that the charter bus driver (claims to have) lost brakes and couldn't stop.

Anyone know what direction the bus was originally coming from? I too am puzzled at how he ended up on the median.
