By adamg on Sat, 07/30/2016 - 11:03pm
Annemarie Walsh shows us the car turned turtle shortly before 10:30 p.m., on Washington Street at Averton in Roslindale. She says the car flipped after the driver hit a car parked in front of JJ Brannelly's. People rushed to pull him out and he was able to stand up as EMTs arrived, she adds.

Generally, unless there's
Generally, unless there's some immanent danger (car is on fire, unstable surface, etc) you shouldn't pull someone out after they've had an accident. Neck injuries are very easy to aggravate and someone can make something severely worse by scrambling around after they've injured it by getting pulled out of the car. Generally is best to wait for EMS so they can stabilize.
