Catholic girls' high school in Dorchester suddenly shuts

The Dorchester Reporter reports that Elizabeth Seton Academy is closed, effective immediately.

I graduated from St. Greg's High School a few years before they closed. I was very happy that another girls school opened in its place.

It is so unfortunate that they announced this closure a few weeks before the start of school. They must have had some advanced notice that the closure was coming. These girls will have to pick from the high school leftovers now.
