Dorchester man arrested in Dominican Republic on charges he murdered woman as revenge for his son's murder

WCVB reports Fernando Owens is back on US soil after being discovered in Santo Domingo, where he was hiding out after allegedly killing and immolating Ashley Bortner near train tracks in Bridgewater in November because he thought she had something to do with the murder of his son Dominic on Shepton Street in Dorchester.
