At least one of the creators is from Boston (well, greater Boston) originally. Not sure how the menu got there, tho.

Edit, there is actually one in Chilton, which is the county seat of Calumet County, and I had some crazy flashbacks when I saw this because about 20 years ago I went to the Division 3 World baseball series in Appleton, WI, and I was in this same area and didn't even know it when I watched this series.....in fact, I'm getting this crazy notion that I actually ate at a Cheers there........

Man, that is weird, Avery would have been serving time for his first rape that he didn't commit.

After watching this great piece of fiction two other excellent films come to my mind when I think of the Avery clan, Deliverance and The Hills have Eyes.
