It was amazing how many marchers there were, even with rain in the forecast.

The row of marchers filled up the inbound side of Tremont, stretching from the Boston Center for the Arts (BCA) well past Mass Ave, from what I could tell.

Among the marchers, I saw Boston Police Commissioner Evans and numerous police brass. I didn't see her, but heard that AG Maura Healey passed just after I took this picture. Representative Byron Rushing and his staff was handing out water at the BCA.

The marchers were doing a bit of singing, chanting, and sign waving, but mostly they walked & talked. They'd already been walking for about 5 miles and were still going strong. I kept thinking it was almost over, but more people kept coming. It was very impressive.

Kudos to the moms and all the marchers. I think the entire city is with them and hoping they achieve their goal.

I was one of the marchers and it was a simply awesome, amazing, electrifying, emotional, spiritual, happiest, time.

One of the many reasons that it was a spiritually ordained march, is because it's has been raining, the rain stopped, the rain held out until everybody made it to City Hall. It was the people's March. There were people from all different facets of life. It was Unity chanting music life and vigour. And we were united, we were resolved, we were determined. There was a sense and feel of genuine love and harmony.

Our love ones who have moved on into a life of Eternity would have been proud of all of us.
