And just in time for Curt Schilling to run for the Senate on the issue. CommonWealth ponders the pairing and the impact on Charlie Baker, the Republican who signed the measure and who is up for re-election then.

Maybe we need a measure on the ballot that forces people to mind their own business. Here, and when it comes to things like kids walking to school or not wearing coats, etc.

Our society has crumbled since 2003 when Gay Marriage became legal. Dudes are marrying their toasters. Dogs and Cats are considered legal couples. No one goes to church, and why should they, as God is dead. Kids spend all day looking at porn and families are forced to break up. Children are taught the dark arts in public schools and they grow up worshiping Satan.

Oh wait. None of that happened. In fact, not a single negative prediction has come true.

Schilling has been making noise about entering the political field, ostensibly to challenge Sen. Elizabeth Warren, but has also talked about potential runs for the third floor in the State House as well as, down the road, the White House.

He's clearly unfit to govern anything, least of all himself; I know coffee tables with more intelligence than Curt Schilling. The question that matters is, how stupid is everyone else?

Unfortunately, since I'm sure the main talking point of their campaign will be "OHMYGOD PROTECT THE CHILDREN AND WOMEN FROM RAPISTS," it should be noted that the story immediately preceding this one on UHub is about a forcible rape from a (presumably) cisgendered man.

Because, according to their logic, rapes and assaults that don't actually happen are scary. The ones that happen every day are fine. In fact, I'm sure many of them want to elect someone who brags about sexual assault to the presidency.

But he's just a normal white dude so it's okay.

Whatever. I'm done trying to make sense of these people who just clearly need a systemic reason to hate and fear other people.

Sorry folks but it's true.

But Craig is right.. its nothing more than giving people the reason to hate and fear other people. Because if the issue really was about "children getting attacked in a bathroom", then Mr Trump would have slithered away Sunday night. But since he's a white guy with a natural born penis and identify as a male, it's OK for him to assault people.

And I'm sure if we polled these people who are supporting the repeal of this bill, I bet more than half of them are Donald Trump supporters.

Their logic just no longer makes sense.

Certainly, if you have enough free time to devote to some serious junk checking in bathroom stalls, I'm sure the extra 8-10 hours a day to canvas for petition signatures isn't actually going to put a dent in your social calendar.

What I'm saying is these Bloodhound Gang losers ought to do something more productive with their time. College, for example.

They were almost universally a bunch of geriatric busybodies in the central part of the state, so not that hard a job really.

At least I live in a city where I have local protections from these knobs.
