Orange Line train is kaput downtown; every rider now wears a big frown

An Orange Line train at Downtown Crossing got on the ferry across the River Styx, which the T says is now causing "moderate" delays.
Also, Lowell Line trains were experiencing even worse, thanks to a truck that took out a gate in West Medford.

bad link
Adam - the link in the 2nd para just leads back to this post. Or is that a metaphysical comment on the state of the T?

Alas, just my inability to properly code a simple hyperlink. Fixed.
You must aspire

High St and Rail Road
Is the west Medford RR crossing the most accident prone in the MBTA system? It sure seems that way, even though it's one of the few to have a 24h attendant (who seems useless).
Man, I hate driving over
Man, I hate driving over there. Total mess.
Given that the attendant has NO control
over operating the signals/gates, useless is an accurate term. But if the Town - who pays the railroad directly for the attendant's services - wants to waste their money that way, so be it.

Its ridiculous how many times terrible drivers cause delays for people using the MBTA. Millions upon millions in damages and lost productivity. They should march the driver down the train and let the hundreds of people they delayed give them a piece of their mind.
