Police say Dot rat with a learner's permit couldn't drive 55; they write him up for doing 125+

Reardon

New Hampshire State Police report arresting Sean Reardon, 36, of Dorchester, after saying they clocked him doing 128 on I-93 in the Lakes Region town of Ashland on a 2013 Suzuki GSXR 600:

Reardon was operating on a motorcycle learner’s permit at the time of the incident. Reardon was subsequently arrested and released and ordered to appear before the Plymouth Circuit Court on July 28, 2016 to answer to the charge of Reckless Operation.

A couple years ago, Reardon was convicted of stealing three handguns, which he used to settle a drug debt, and a semiautomatic rifle, which he buried in some woods in Woburn. He stole the firearms from a locked area in the basement of a South Boston apartment building, where he was doing repair work.

Innocent, etc.

Permanently or at least for 1 year for every mile over 100mph.

me thinks not issuing him a motorcycle license at all would be the appropriate course of action.

The state raised the speed limit to 70 on that stretch of highway a couple years back.

Of course, non-creeps speed too, like the Tufts neurosurgery chief who thinks the rules don't apply to him. Although he probably has a pretty hefty insurance bill.

>125 >>>70.

I could see your point if they nailed him for eighty or eighty-five ... but this guy was driving 55 over the limit.
