Around 4:30 the T jettisoned inbound B line riders from 4 or 5 trains. They refused to provide replacement buses. People were forced to wait for the 57. In a half hour one 57 came by. The response of the T customer service reps was to offer empty apologies and no action. A hour later B trains stopped kicking off riders.

But what the T never explained is why the kicked off riders and yet allowed the trains to continue on the tracks.

But as any regular rider knows public transportation is horrid. Undependable, filled with people yelling on cell phones, playing shows on phones at full volume, filth and an overall disgust that makes the T a hellhole on wheels.

but they're far worse, now! The MBTA, in general, has also been screwed up forever, but it's gotten even worse under Charlie Baker's Administration. Thank you, Charlie Baker, for screwing the public.
