Triple crash takes out both trolley and bus on Huntington Avenue

Around 530 p.m., a motor vehicle got up close and personal with both a bus and an E-Line trolley. Extensive damage to the car; no injuries. The Green Line is now suspended between Brigham Circle and Heath Street; riders are supposed to hop on a 39 bus instead.

It was bound to happen
When the buses and trolleys are pacing each other, there's only one lane of traffic between them, and there are some very impatient drivers on that stretch of Huntington.
I don't think (in this case) the driver was being impatient.
It appeared as though she didn't realize that she should've waited for the green line to pass. The bus was in the right and she just ended up being pinned in between the two. No one was seriously injured, but the car was a mess.
