Two shot outside Dedham function hall

UPDATE: Dedham PD reports victims were from Mattapan, Dorchester, both expected to recover.

Dedham Police report two men were shot outside Moseley's on the Charles, 50 Bridge St., around 1:35 a.m.

Police report finding the two men on Breede Terrace, about a block away. Both were taken to a local hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.

Police say they found numerous shell casings in the Moseley's parking lot and on Bridge Street. State troopers and Westwood officers helped disperse a large crowd from an event at the function hall; police say they interviewed several people at the event.
