Swastika at Quincy quarry

A roving UHub photographer who went on a trek around the Quincy Quarries today reports "there are swastikas everywhere" - and looking pretty recent.

I would have. But the sad fact is that people have been drawing swastikas there for awhile, if perhaps not in the quantity seen today. Doesn't make it any less offensive, though.

In the cities of Boston and Quincy graffiti must be removed from private property withing thirty days or the owner will be subject to large fines. How come public agencies like DCR and the MBTA are exempt from being fined for leaving offensive graffiti on their property for months.
