Boston chef on way back home after cooking pancakes for fellow Irma evacuees in a St. Martin shelter

Brian Poe reports he's now on a flight from Puerto Rico after getting there from St. Martin, where he spent the last few days in a concrete shelter. The Herald reports Poe used his kitchen experience to take the small amount of flour they had on hand to whip up 120 pancakes for the roughly 100 people there.
