Long vacant burned-out eyesore on North End waterfront sold

NorthEndWaterfront.com reports the Bahamian company that owns the Joe’s American Bar & Grill building next to Christopher Columbus Park has bought the law offices destroyed in a 2011 fire. Redevelopment is the goal, natch.

Link goes to NorthEndWaterfront.com, which quotes the original article that broke the news, in Banker & Tradesman. The B&T article is (maybe) behind a paywall so I can understand. But .. considering I was the one who tipped off B&T to the story, I want to give credit where due.
