Raw news: Uncooked chicken left in tiny lending library in JP

Jamaica Plain News clucks over the whole, raw chicken in a plastic bag in the tiny library atop the traffic control box on South Street, across the street from the BPL.

My guess is that someone put down their chicken to look at the books and then forgot it in the book box.

Remember when the South St book box got stolen? It was all a case of "Free Library? Don't mind if I do!"
