Two more charged with a murder outside a JP convenience store

Boston Police report a Quincy man and a Revere woman face arraignment on murder charges for the death of Jeffrey Kelly outside the 7-Eleven at Centre Street and South Huntington Avenue last August.

Julio Pizarro, 43, and Amanda Algarin, 26, were arrested Friday, police say. In December, a career criminal from Jamaica Plain named Amos Carrasquillo was charged with shooting Kelly in the culmination of a personal beef between the two after Kelly came out of the store.

According to a listing on the Bump, Algarin is pregnant and expecting a baby next month - with Carrasquillo.

Pizarro and Algarin are scheduled for arraignment on Monday in Suffolk Superior Court. Police did not detail their involvement in Kelly's murder today. However, even if they did not pull a trigger, then can still be charged with murder under a doctrine known as "joint venture," in which prosecutors would have to prove they were intimately involved with the planning or commission of the crime.

Innocent, etc.
